Harris County Precinct Two Deputies Recover Stolen Vehicle and Arrest Wanted Suspect

On January 30, 2025, deputies with the Harris County Constable Precinct Two Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to an obscured temporary dealer tag.

During the stop, the deputy observed signs that the dealer tag was fraudulent. Upon verifying the vehicle identification number (VIN), it was confirmed that the vehicle had been reported stolen by the Pasadena Police Department. The deputy detained the driver, identified as Milan Willis, a white male.

Further investigation revealed that Willis had multiple outstanding warrants, including: One open misdemeanor warrant from Harris County Constable Precinct Eight, two open misdemeanor warrants from Harris County Constable Precinct One, two open misdemeanor warrants from the Clear Lake Shores Police Department, one open misdemeanor warrant from the Memorial Villages.

Willis was taken into custody and transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center, where he was booked on his open warrants.
