Precinct 2 deputies spotted a suspicious vehicle and discovered Timothy has some explaining to do.

Proactive Patrol Leads to Warrant Arrest

While conducting proactive patrol in the 11400 block of Market Street, our deputies observed a suspicious vehicle parked in a dark corner of a parking lot. The vehicle had all the windows down and visible damage to a corner panel, appearing to be unoccupied.

As deputies approached, they discovered a male laying in the back seat. The individual was identified as Timothy Josephus Frison, who was found to have six open warrants.

Once the warrants were confirmed, Mr. Frison was safely taken into custody and transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center without incident.
