PRECINCT TWO DEPUTIES ARREST THEFT SUSPECTS
On April 8, 2025, deputies were dispatched to the 8500 block of South Sam Houston Parkway East for a theft/shoplifter call. A female was observed loading unpurchased merchandise into her bag and passing all points of sale without paying for said items.
Deputies arrived on the scene, detained the individual, and identified her as Celinda Svenningsen. Ms. Svenningsen was charged with Theft and transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center, where she was safely booked without incident.
