On Wednesday April 02, 2025, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, at 11130 Gulf freeway for operating a motor vehicle without a license plate.
Deputies were able to identify the driver as 47 year old Samuel Rico who was showing to be wanted for a parole violation warrant for aggravated robbery and a felony warrant out of the Harris County Sheriff’s office for theft.
A female companion arrived on scene later and was asking for the release of Samuel’s property. The female was identified by Texas driver’s license as 39 year old Brenda Montellano who was also showing to have a warrant out of the Harris County Sheriff’s office for theft by check.
Both Samuel and Brenda were arrested and taken to Harris County Jail without incident.
