Encampment Clean up:
On Thursday, January 9th,
Harris County Constable Precinct 2 Jerry Garcia Office received concerns from community members regarding an encampment under the walking bridge at 10500 East Fwy near an elementary school. Our Homeless Outreach Team reached out to our collaborative partners for assistance and were able to clean up the camp Friday morning, January 10th. We want to thank our partners for helping us address this issue and thank you to our community members for bringing this to our attention for immediate action.
