Precinct 2’s disturbance call led to a foot chase and felony arrests for a 🤡 in East Baton Rouge Parish but Jadeis is still hiding.

UPDATE: Disturbance Call Leads to Felony Arrest and Active Warrant

On July 15, we posted about a disturbance call where deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 2 responded to what was initially believed to be an active weapons disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies determined the incident involved a verbal altercation between two customers and a store clerk—not a weapons disturbance.

While still on scene, the suspects returned. As deputies attempted to investigate, both individuals fled on foot, leading to a short pursuit. The suspects entered a vehicle and continued fleeing the area. Deputies obtained the vehicle’s license plate and quickly began follow-up investigations.

Through these efforts, one suspect was identified as Jadeis Gray. Later that same day, the male suspect was identified as Tyrese Terrell White, who was found to have an open felony warrant out of Plaquemine, Louisiana.

Deputies contacted the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, which accepted charges of:

Felony Evading in a Motor Vehicle for Tyrese White

Misdemeanor Evading on Foot for Jadeis Gray

Warrants were filed for both individuals.

This morning, our office was informed that the suspect vehicle was spotted in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana last night. Deputies there attempted to stop the vehicle, but White once again fled. He was ultimately taken into custody by East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputies and now faces new charges of Home Invasion and Resisting Arrest, in addition to the active warrants.

We want to thank the deputies with East Baton Rouge Parish for their outstanding work and coordination in helping us capture White. Your partnership is greatly appreciated!

Jadeis Gray is still wanted and remains at large. If you have any information on her whereabouts, please contact our dispatch at 713-477-4070.

Thank you to all who support us in keeping our communities safe. đź’™
