On October 10, 2024, Precinct 8 Deputies Webber and Crider with Constable Phil Sandlin’s Office initiated a traffic stop in the 100 block of El Dorado Blvd for expired registration. The driver was identified as 36 year old Aris Alexis Carlos. After further investigation, Deputies conducted a probable cause based search of the vehicle and located 42 grams of marijuana, 25 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted felony charges for Possession with Intent to Deliver. Carlos was transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center where his bond was set at $35,000.
