Parks for Pollinators Bioblitz
Saturday, September 16th, 2023 at 9:00am - 1:00pm
Free โ $6The City of Pasadena is partnering with Armand Bayou Nature Center for a third year with a fun fall pollinator event as a part of the national Parks for Pollinators campaign! Spring and summer are very important seasons for pollinators, but autumn is too! In the Houston area, there are many native plants that bloom in the fall such as goldenrod, snow on the prairie, swamp sunflowers, and blazing star that provide nourishment and sustain our native pollinators before the arrival of winter, including bees, butterflies, moths, and hummingbirds.
