On May 14, 2025, deputies with the Harris County Constable’s Office, Precinct 2, received a theft call for service at the Walgreens located at 10850 Scarsdale Blvd.
A description of the male subject was provided and deputies were advised that the male had walked out with several merchandise passing all points of sale without paying with a total amount of $212.00.
Further information advised the responding deputies, that the male had left the location. Deputies searched the area and located the male at the near by library.
The male was identified as 27-year-old Danzel Simon, who was charged with theft and was transported and booked into the Harris County Jail without incident.
