The Chamber’s State of Education Luncheon was an epic event with drumlines, mascots, and valuable partnerships formed for student success.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended our annual State of Education Luncheon featuring Dr. Richard Walker from the University of Houston Clear Lake, Dr. Brenda Hellyer from San Jacinto College and Dr. DeeAnn Powell from Pasadena Independent School District.

This luncheon was one for the record books! We started off with the drumline from Pasadena High School Eagles and mascots Hunter the Hawk from UHCL and Poe the Raven from SJC. The audience loved the energy to start the program.

Not only did we get to hear updates and exciting information about this school year from all three institutions, but businesses and educational institutions learned how to better partner together for the success of our students.

The Pasadena Chamber loves making a CASE for your businesses and organizations through Connections, Advocacy, Service and Education. If you aren’t a member, learn why you should be at: https://www.pasadenachamber.org/investment-levels
