Remember the post about the five suspects who broke into Fairmont Elementary on December 14, 2024, around 4:00 AM, stealing musical instruments from the school at 4315 Heathfield?
We’re pleased to share an update— all suspects have been identified, and the case is officially closed.

All suspects were identified and confessed to the crime thanks to his efforts. The individuals, all in their late teens and early twenties, admitted to being intoxicated and making poor decisions. In an attempt to make things right, they returned the stolen musical instruments.
We appreciate your commitment to the case and the support from our community. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted burglary of a building charges against the suspects.
Yippee-ki-yay- Case closed!
