On Thursday July 03, 2025, deputies received a call for service regarding a male and female concealing items inside of their personal bags inside of a Target located at 8503 S Sam Houston Pkwy E.
While enroute to the scene deputies were advised of the vehicle description as it left the scene. Responding deputies were able to quickly locate the vehicle, initiate a traffic stop and detain the male and female. Both the male and female were taken to the original location.
The female was identified as 19 year old Leslie Cruz who was charged with Theft and unlawful use of a criminal instrument. The male provided a fake name, but was later positively identified as 27 year old Auceda-Murillo, Fabricio who was wanted in Harris county for a probation violation on felony solicitation of prostitution. Fabricio was charged with failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, theft, and unlawful use of a criminal instrument.
Both Leslie and Fabricio were arrested and booked into Harris County jail without further incident.
