PRECINCT TWO DEPUTIES ARREST THEFT SUSPECTS
On April 8, 2025, deputies were dispatched to the 1800 block of W Bay Area Blvd for a theft/shoplifter call. Two females were observed loading a shopping cart with merchandise and passing all points of sale without paying.
Deputies arrived on the scene, detained the individuals, and identified them as Angela Avalos and Alexis Estrada. Both were charged with Theft and transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center, where they were safely booked without incident.
