Officer Frank Fullbright-With a heart for service and a mind for strategy, Officer Fullbright has worn many hats! From Patrol and Investigations to DOT and SWAT. His commitment to solving cases and mentoring younger officers has left a lasting mark on our department.
Lieutenant Matt Novosad-Starting as a School Resource Officer and rising to Support Services Lieutenant, Lt. Novosad has been a steady force in promoting safety both in our schools and across the city. His leadership continues to shape the future of our department.
