Please review the attached video of a theft suspect. The suspect stole a 16- to 30-foot adjustable ladder with a green rope that possibly has “Coupland” written on it valued at $500 from Coupland Signs on S 5th St. The suspect is seen arriving on foot and leaving on foot and there is no vehicle information so it’s possible the suspect lives locally. The business owner does not know who the suspect is.
