Pasadena PD’s RAMP Program: Supporting Our Community’s Heroes
We’re proud to share a new video showcasing the Pasadena Police Department’s Resiliency and Mentorship Program (RAMP)! This vital program is dedicated to supporting the well-being of our officers and their families, ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive both personally and professionally.
Since its launch in 2024, RAMP has made significant strides in prioritizing the mental, physical, social, financial, and spiritual health of our first responders. Highlights include:
✅A Revitalized Peer Support Team: Providing crucial support during challenging times.
✅Chaplain Services: Round-the-clock, multi-faith chaplain support.
✅The Cordico App: Offering 24/7 access to mental health resources, wellness tools, and more. (Available to our officers and their families)
✅Monthly Newsletters: Focusing on the five pillars of resiliency.
Cadet Resiliency Training: Preparing new officers for the unique demands of law enforcement.
✅A Robust Mentorship Program: Connecting experienced officers with new recruits for guidance and support.
✅Fitness, Marksmanship, and Golf Teams: Fostering camaraderie and promoting physical well-being.
The Cordico app remains a valuable resource, available 24/7/365 to our officers and their families. We’re committed to building a stronger, more resilient department and look forward to expanding RAMP with new wellness initiatives in 2025.
Our officers dedicate themselves to protecting and serving our community. We are dedicated to supporting them.
