While cruising the South Sam Houston Tollway, Precinct 2 Deputies clocked a clown at 88 mph discovering he was more than just fast.

While patrolling the South Sam Houston Tollway East, deputies with the Harris County Constable Precinct 2 Office observed a vehicle traveling 88 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who showed multiple signs of impairment. After performing the standardized field sobriety test, the driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
The suspect was identified as 30-year-old Randall Vigil.
