😔 I may be smiling, but inside, I’m broken. I was returned for being too playful..
When I was adopted, I thought I’d found my forever family. My heart was full of hope, and I was so excited to make memories with them, to show them just how happy and grateful I was.
But I guess I was too excited, too playful… and that’s why I was brought back. I never meant to overwhelm them. I just wanted to share my joy and love, but now I’m back in a kennel, wondering what I did wrong.
If I could apologize, I would. If I could go back and try again, I would in a heartbeat. But time is running out for me. I’m on the Urgent List now, and this might be my last chance.
Will someone see the good in me before it’s too late? Please… I just need one more chance.
