Lyric is starting to lose her melody, and it breaks our hearts. She’s been with us longer than any other dog, waiting for her forever home for almost 70 days.
When she first arrived, she was so fearful, but thanks to the incredible support of our staff and volunteers, she’s grown stronger and more confident. Yet, the loneliness of the shelter weighs heavily on her.
Despite her progress, Lyric hasn’t had a single doggie date or visit from a potential adopter. She’s a gentle soul who loves other dogs and is wonderfully mellow with people. All she wants is a chance to share her sweet spirit in a loving home.
