😔 Hi, I’m Barney… and I’m not sure what’s going to happen next…
I came here as a lost stray, and things have been pretty tough. I’m still learning to trust and I get anxious sometimes, especially when the leash comes out. I don’t mean to be difficult—I just get excited, but it’s hard for me to calm down.
The staff and volunteers here are kind, but they’re struggling to walk me because I get a little too hyper with the leash. I’m not trying to be bad, I promise. I know I can be a good boy. I just need one person to believe in me and to help me feel safe again.
But I’m on the Urgent List now, so I’m asking with all my heart… can you be the one to help me find my way out? I just need one person to take a chance on me…
