Hi, I’m Jake… and I’m feeling lost. Every day I sit here in this shelter, and I can’t help but wonder if I’ll ever get out. My eyes tell a story of fear and sadness, a story of a dog who wonders if he’ll ever find a home.
I’ve been told I’m a sweet boy. I want to believe that. But right now, I’m so stressed. It’s hard for me to feel safe here. The noise, the uncertainty – it all weighs heavy on me. I can feel it in my bones.
Now, I’m on the Urgent List. Time is running out, and my chances of finding a family are getting slimmer and slimmer. I’m really scared. Can you help me before it’s too late? Please, don’t let me be forgotten….
