I was left outside the shelter in a makeshift kennel made of rusty chicken wire. When the shelter staff found me, I was struggling with sarcoptic mange, bruises, and scabs all over my body.
It’s been tough, and while the shelter has started a treatment to help me heal, the stress of being here has made it hard for me to bounce back.
But here’s the thing: even in my darkest moments, I’m still known for my happy, wiggly spirit and the love I have to give. I dream of a day when I can feel the warmth of a real home, a place where I can thrive and be the joyful pup I know I can be.
