Waffles came into the shelter with what is believed to be chronic dry eye, ocular discharge, and entropion.
Our team is taking care of him to the best of our ability, but he will need continued treatment and surgery outside of the shelter to fix his condition.
Waffles is a friendly boy who deserves a second chance, but he’s on our Urgent List…
