I keep calling out for help, but it feels like no one can hear me…
I’m Zamboni and I’m known to be kid-friendly, dog-friendly and sweet but the truth is, I’m really struggling here in the shelter. The unfamiliar faces, the noise, the constant hustle and bustle… it’s all so overwhelming. I just want to be in a warm, cozy home, surrounded by love, where I can finally feel safe.
But now, I’m on the Urgent List, and time is running out. The stress is taking its toll, and I don’t know how much longer I can hang on like this. I keep hoping, keep wishing that someone will see me, truly see me, and take me out of here.
