Amanda Shafer, a native of Kingwood, Texas, transitioned from a decade-long role in billing at an Optometrist’s office to the challenging world of first responders in April 2022. She is a dedicated mother to four children, ages five to fifteen, and has been
married to her husband Kenneth for ten years. When Amanda is not at work, she’ll cheer at her kids’ sports events and school activities. She is also a passionate supporter of the Houston Astros and Green Bay Packers and enjoys watching their games to unwind and relax.
