We are seeking the public’s assistance in finding the individual in these photos. She was last seen in the 2600 block of Rosemead and goes by the name Alexander Lowe. Alexander was last seen on February 5th and has not been heard from since. Our investigators want to speak to Alexander to check her welfare and ensure her well-being.
