This place is loud, scary, and I’m not getting better here. I was found alone, with skin issues, and now I spend most of my days hiding. I’m overwhelmed and shut down, but I want to feel safe again.
I’m not ready for much handling yet, but I want to trust. I just need time, patience, and a quiet place to heal.
