Noah the 🤡 thought he could outsmart the Precinct 8’s Deputy Muschweck, but a routine traffic stop led to a felony arrest that left him high and dry.

A traffic stop conducted by Precinct 8 Deputy Muschweck led to the arrest of 19-year-old Noah On Friday, April 26, 2024 at approximately 11:54 PM, Precinct 8 Deputy Muschweck with Constable Phil Sandlin’s Office initiated a traffic stop in the 12100 block of Galveston Rd for multiple traffic infractions. Upon contact with the vehicle, Deputy Muschweck detected the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. The driver was identified as 19 year old Noah Merrick Finkeldei.

Deputy Muschweck proceeded to conduct a probable cause based search of the vehicle and located 9.5 grams of marijuana, a handgun and armor piercing ammunition. A further search of the vehicle yielded an additional 63 grams of marijuana and a total of $5,522 in U.S. currency. Deputy Rabago and his K-9 partner Max arrived to assist in the investigation and positively alerted on the contraband.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges for Unlawful Possession of Prohibited Weapon. Finkeldei was transported to the Harris County Joint Processing where his bond was set at $5,000. The Asset Forfeiture division was contacted and accepted the seizure of the U.S. currency.
