Earlier this week, family, friends, and co-workers gathered to celebrate the promotional ceremony of three of our personnel at the Pasadena Police Department.
Officer M. Inns, M. Ludeke II, and S. Coulter earned their new ranks as Sergeants through a rigorous testing process, and each had their badge pinned on by a family member.
