P. Rocha is a lifelong resident of Pasadena and shows her passion for being involved and knowledgeable about safety in her community in multiple ways. In her 21+ year tenure at the Pasadena Police Department, some of her roles have included Criminal Records, PSO-Dispatch/Jail, and Police Academy Secretary. She is an Evidence Technician who specializes in firearms and is the Secretary for the Pasadena Police Officers Union. She is also a graduate of the Citizens Police Academy and Citizens Fire Academy. P. Rocha is a FBI-trained Forensic Sketch Artist and certified Facial Re-constructionist. She enjoys researching everything related to True Crime and Paranormal in her free time.
