PISD students explored STEM skills at Rice University’s Tapia STEM Camp, impressing all with their college admissions processes and carbon capture graphs.

Last Saturday, several Pasadena ISD bilingual and multilingual high school students spent a week at Rice University’s Tapia STEM Camp. During this immersive experience, they delved into various STEM skills and processes. The last day culminated with participants presenting their own college admissions processes and carbon capture and storage graphs. Their exceptional work was celebrated with medals and certificates, surrounded by loved ones, business liaisons, and even Mr. Tapia himself. Truly, this was a camp like no other!✨
