This program aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means to dispose of unused prescription drugs while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications. We have partnered with the Drug Enforcement Agency, Bay Area Council On Drugs & Alcohol, HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast, and Walgreens.
You can drop off your unused medications on Saturday, October 28, 2023, between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., at Walgreens (3707 Spencer Hwy.) and HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast (4000 Spencer Hwy.). Or you can find a collection site near you at https://www.dea.gov/takebackday#collection-locator No sharps will be accepted!
