Precinct 8 Deputy Morgan busted 🤡 Adrian Enrique Alarcon and he’s now facing multiple felony charges after.

On Friday, March 1, 2024, Precinct 8 Deputy Morgan with Constable Phil Sandlin’s Office was on patrol when he heard an auto theft call go out on the Houston Police radio channel that occurred at Texas Auto Dealership at 16200 Hwy 3. Shortly after the call was dispatched, Deputy Morgan observed a Jeep SRT displaying a “Texas Auto” tag traveling at a high rate of speed in the 13800 block of the Gulf Freeway. Deputy Morgan attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle and a pursuit ensued. Responding units were able to successfully deploy spike strips near Monroe Rd. The vehicle continued traveling northbound and became disabled at the intersection of Berkley St and Kimble St where the driver continued to evade on foot. The suspect was apprehended and identified as 18 year old Adrian Enrique Alarcon.

Deputy Morgan contacted the owner of Texas Auto who was able to pull up video footage of Alarcon and several other subjects breaking into the dealership. Further investigation revealed six vehicles were stolen.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted several felony charges for Burglary of Building, Auto Theft and Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle. Alarcon was transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center where his bonds were set at a total of $50,000.
