Precinct 8 Lieutenant C. Yetter recently graduated from the Texas Constable Leadership College at Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas. The curriculum is taught by top national and international law enforcement experts and focuses on in-depth investigations of issues facing law enforcement and offers growth and development of leadership and management skills.
