It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Jackie Welch. Jackie epitomized love for her community. Whether she was serving on Pasadena City Council or volunteering her time for numerous local organizations, we could always count on Mrs. Welch to bring her positive attitude and generous spirit.
