Health science students from South Houston High School are actively engaging in a variety of meaningful and fun activities that enrich their education and positively impact the community. They recently attended the Fall HOSA Leadership Conference, where they honed their leadership skills, networked with peers, and learned about the latest trends in health care. In addition, these dedicated students are making a significant difference through their volunteer efforts for suicide prevention, spreading awareness and offering support to those in need. They also organized a blood drive, demonstrating their commitment to saving lives and fostering a spirit of generosity and community service. Through these initiatives, the students are not only enhancing their own knowledge and skills but also making a lasting, positive impact on their community.
