Our 3 animals have brought a ton of love to our team member Emma’s life! Check out what she had to say:
“In 2019, I had adopted 2 dogs from Pasadena Animal Shelter. At the time, I was volunteering and had met Ralph (formerly Elijah) in May. I took him on a doggie date with a friend and instantly fell in love with him.
I was able to convince my grandparents to let me foster him and they said yes! Within a week, we all knew that he was special and that letting him go would be hard. My grandparents then agreed to let me adopt him.
After a few weeks we learned that Ralph had bad separation anxiety when left alone. We then came to an agreement to get him a puppy friend, this way he always has someone with him. In August, I did a meet with Ralph and Furnando and they LOVED each other!
Then in 2023, I had been working for the shelter and mentioned to a co-worker I wanted to adopt a kitten. They had then told me that we just got a beautiful gray kitten in. I met with him and knew I wanted to bring him home! I adopted him and named him Ghost! The moment he came home, Ralph and Furnando immediately took to him and would play with him like he was another dog.
3 animals and I wouldn’t have it any other way. They have all turned out to be wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for a better trio! Thank you for letting me show these babies what love means!”
