CONGRATULATIONS to all the members of the South Houston Swimming and Diving Team for their success this past Friday at the UIL District 22-6A Varsity Championships held at the Shippey Aquatic Center. This year marks the 3rd straight year that the Aqua Trojans have made it to the playoffs and qualified for the Region 6-6A Championships on this coming Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The girls teams finished in fifth place while the boys placed fourth.

Freshman, Giselle Hernandez, 7th 50 Freestyle
Boys:
Junior, Andres Cruz, 2nd 200 Individual Medley, and 2nd 100 Backstroke
Junior, George Gonzales, 6th 50 Freestyle, and 5th 500 Freestyle
