Citizen Advisory:
On Saturday, October 21, 2023, beginning at 7:30 AM, the Back the Blue 5K Fun Run will take place.
The northbound lanes on Georgia will be closed to vehicle traffic between W. Thirteenth and San Augustine.
The southbound lanes between W. Thirteenth and San Augustine will be used for vehicle traffic.
On the west side of X Street, all lanes, both eastbound and westbound, will be closed to vehicle traffic until the conclusion of the run.
Directional traffic signs will be displayed at the intersections of W. Thirteenth and Georgia, Georgia and X Street, and Georgia at San Augustine.
The road closures taking place are out of precaution for the safety of the runners participating in the Back the Blue event.
