The La Porte Police Department is proud to announce the accomplishment reached by Sergeant Matt Novosad, Sergeant Brian Larkey, Officer Matt Parson, and Officer Chris Paige. These four officers graduated with a Masters certification in School Based Law Enforcement. They are only the second group of officers in the state of Texas to achieve this status.
