Garfield Elementary science teacher, Jessica Requena, was nominated as a finalist for the Alliantgroup SPARK Award. This recognition promotes STEM education by uplifting educators who fuel passion for science and engineering in the next generation of innovators. 🧑🔬
The six selected finalists were awarded $500 towards educator classroom supplies and a whopping $1,300 in personal funding.
The final winner will be announced on Thursday, June 19th at the alliantgroup SPARK award Luncheon. Stay tuned for the results!!!
