Free Internet service to all HCPL connected Wi-Fi hotspots and laptops will end December 31, 2023.
Harris County Digital Navigators can help eligible households sign up for discounted internet service through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
Based on your income, if you or your child or dependent participate in certain government assistance programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, or other programs, ACP may provide a discount of up to a $30 per month toward broadband service for eligible households.
There are two ways to sign up:
1. Go to https://bit.ly/3R2Dru2 to submit an application or print a mail-in application. A Digital Navigator will contact you to help with the application.
