The La Porte Police Department is excited to announce the promotion of Tracy Pedre to the rank of Sergeant. Tracy was sworn in this morning by Chief Doug Ditrich in an informal ceremony and her son, Ryan, pinned her Sergeant’s badge. Tracy has served with the Department for over 16 years and will assume her new duties as a front-line supervisor overseeing the evening shift team.
