Authorities reported on Tuesday that a small plane en route to Houston’s Ellington Field experienced difficulties during takeoff from an Odessa, Texas, airfield, subsequently clipped power lines, and crashed near a populated area in the town. This male used stolen credit and debit cards to make several purchases and withdraws, totaling over $2000, during the early morning hours of July 22nd, 2024. The male has several tattoos and short dark hair. The male purchased an electric scooter and could be using that as a form of transportation.
