Odesa plane crash was registered to a Pasadena executive.

Authorities reported on Tuesday that a small plane en route to Houston’s Ellington Field experienced difficulties during takeoff from an Odessa, Texas, airfield, subsequently clipped power lines, and crashed near a populated area in the town. Registered to Joseph Vincent Summa, Chief Executive Officer of TechCorr USA, LLC and Summa Group, LLC, out of Pasadena.

LPPD # 24-00862 The La Porte Police Department is seeking the public’s help with identifying the black male suspect seen in this photograph from ATM surveillance footage. This male fraudulently withdrew approx. $1400 using a stolen debit card from an elderly victim at two separate ATM’s in the Houston area in March of 2024. There are no other identifying features or information in relation to this suspect.

The La Porte Police Department is seeking the public’s help with identifying the white male suspect seen in this surveillance footage. This male used stolen credit and debit cards to make several purchases and withdraws, totaling over $2000, during the early morning hours of July 22nd, 2024. The male has several tattoos and short dark hair. The male purchased an electric scooter and could be using that as a form of transportation.
