Several family members, friends, and co-workers had the pleasure of gathering together to celebrate the achievement of Lt. Dombrowa’s promotion to Assistant Chief of Police.
As Chief Wright spoke to attendees, he emphasized the importance of and appreciation for Lt. Dombrowa’s family and recognized their many sacrifices to support his endeavors.
Chief Wright explained his definition of a good leader and mentioned that one must communicate effectively, be honest and transparent, and be willing to learn and celebrate their team’s successes. Chief Wright confidently stated that Lt. Dombrowa possesses these qualities.
