Sgt. Hamilton participated in the ‘Generations Collide: Unraveling the Generational Differences in the Workplace’ event. He brought his unique Generation X perspective to a lively discussion on navigating a diverse workplace and shared his insight on utilizing various viewpoints to create a thriving team.
