There will be a weekend closure of the southbound mainlanes on Sam Houston Tollway Ship Channel Bridge beginning Friday, April 19 at 10:00 p.m. through Sunday, April 21 at 9:00 p.m.
Detour:
• Drivers traveling southbound on the Sam Houston Tollway Ship Channel Bridge will be detoured to take the Jacintoport Blvd exit ramp. Drivers are encouraged to utilize I-10 to access the other port crossings.
Drivers should expect delays when traveling this section of the tollway.
All closures are subject to change due to weather, emergency work, or other events.
