I always say self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential. My top 5 tips:
Just say no to extra commitments that add stress. Don’t say no to cookies.
Set your alarm 15 minutes early and stretch! Your body and mind will thank you.
Go outside, put your feet in the grass, and breathe.
Let it go. Not everything has to be perfect.
Put your health first: schedule your mammogram, pap smear, and annual physical. Because when we show up for ourselves, we can show up for others.
