On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, officers responded to a shooting at 402 Garner Rd. #147. The victim was bleeding from his upper torso and was transported to HCA Southeast Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injury.
The Pasadena Police Department’s Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Unit responded to Garner Rd., and retrieved video footage that revealed three individuals near the victim’s apartment. Detectives determined that two of them unlawfully entered the apartment, shot the victim, and fled in an unknown direction.
