Our shelter spotted Penny’s lost post just 4 days ago, and we’ve been on the lookout ever since.
Today, Rex Lindberg, our hero and Director of Community Relations with the City of Pasadena, Texas – Government, spotted Penny in a drainage ditch.
Within 30 minutes, thanks to Rex’s swift actions, Penny was back in the loving arms of her owner!
